Hippocrepis ciliata Willd.
Sparsely appressed-pubescent annual, with solitary or few, slender, erect or ascending stems 10–30 cm. Leaves imparipinnate with 3–5 pairs of linear-elliptic leaflets, with a distinct gland-like dot in angle of stipule and petiole. Flowers 1–6, in pedunculate, axillary umbels. Pedicels hairy. Corolla yellow; blade of standard distinctly set off from the claw. Fruit slightly to strongly curved, with openings of “horseshoes” on the concave side; segments with hair-like papillae.
