Myosotis ramosissima Rochel

Slender, erect annual, 10–30 cm tall. Stem simple or sparingly branched from base. Lower leaves oblanceolate to oblong, with soft, erecto-patent, straight hairs on both sides. Lower part of stem with patent hairs. Inflorescence lax, occupying more than half of plant; axis appressedpubescent. Calyx with patent to deflexed, hooked hairs on tube and straight hairs on lobes. Fruiting pedicels patent, equalling or slightly shorter than calyx. Limb of corolla 2–4 mm in diam., saucer-shaped, pale to bright blue. Nutlets c. 1.2 mm, ovoid, acute, without rim, olive brown; attachment scar elliptical. Usually tetraploid (2n = 48).
