Sideritis curvidens Stapf
Annual; stem(s) solitary or few, 5–15 cm, usually simple, thinly and patently eglandular-pilose. Leaves short-petiolate, elliptical to narrowly obovate, shallowly crenateserrate. Inflorescence occupying most of stem, consisting of few to several distinctly separated verticillasters, each with 4–6 flowers. Floral leaves like the cauline but narrower, equalling or exceeding flowers. Calyx strongly saccate at base; 4 lower teeth equal, 1/3–1/2 as long as tube, narrowly triangular, ending in a ± recurved awn; upper tooth much longer and broader. Corolla equalling or exceeding calyx, white or rarely pale pink.
