Microthlaspi perfoliatum (L.) F.K. Mey. συνώνυμο: Thlaspi perfoliatum L.

Glabrous, ± glaucous annual. Stem(s) 1 to several, suberect, 5–25 cm. Basal leaves few, forming a lax rosette, withering early. Cauline leaves few, relatively large, amplexicaul, with rounded auricles, ovate to oblong, entire to denticulate. Raceme dense at anthesis, 2–10 cm in fruit. Pedicels patent, 4–8 mm, remaining slender. Petals subequal, not more than 2.5 mm, white. Anthers yellow. Siliculae 4–7 mm, broadly obcordate, winged above with wings 1–1.5 mm broad at apex, shallowly notched; stigma subsessile.

Σύμφωνα με την εργασία του Al-Shehbaz (2014), η πλειοψηφία των ειδών απο τα γένη Thlaspi, Microthlaspi, Neurotropis και Raparia ανήκουν πια στο γένος Noccaea. (Strid)
