Vicia cretica Boiss. & Heldr.
Resembling V. villosa, but always annual, small and slender; stem usually 10–30 cm; leaflets usually 2–5 pairs, linear to oblong-elliptic; racemes 2–6-flowered, lax; calyx slightly gibbous; standard usually red or bright pink outside, wings and inside of standard reddish-purple; style dorsiventrally compressed; legume short-stipitate, glabrescent.
