Ρεζεντά η λευκή (Reseda alba L.)
Erect annual or biennial (occasionally perennial), 25–80 cm tall; stem simple or sparingly branched from base. Leaves 1-pinnatifid with 5–15 pairs of segments and sometimes smaller intercalary lobes; margins often undulate. Flowers in many-flowered racemes, dense and ± pyramidal at early anthesis, much enlongating in fruit. Sepals and petals 5 or 6. Petals subequal, 3.5–6 mm, all 3-partite to middle or less, white. Stamens exserted; anthers orange turning yellow. Carpels 4. Seeds 1.2– 1.4 mm, with papillae arranged in dense longitudinal rows.
