Arabis verna (L.) R. Br.
Annual, with a single or few, ascending to erect stems 4–15(–25) cm tall, with indumentum of predominantly simple hairs, sometimes mixed with 2–5-fid hairs. Basal leaves in a distinct rosette, broadly oblanceolate, serrate. Cauline leaves 1–3(–6), triangular-ovate, cordate to auriculate at base. Flowers 1–8. Petals large (6–10 mm), with purplish-violet limb and greenish-yellow claw. Fruiting pedicels short (1–6 mm), thickened, erecto-patent. Siliquae 35–70 × 1.3–2 mm, straight. Seeds 1–1.7 mm.
