Anthriscus tenerrimus Boiss. & Spruner
Anthriscus caucalis: Suberect, branched, rather slender annual, 30–70 cm tall. Lower leaves triangular, 3-pinnate, with short, lobed ultimate segments. Peduncles short, mostly leaf-opposed. Rays and pedicels (2–)3–6; bracts usually absent. Petals minute (up to 1 mm), white, the marginal not much longer than the inner. Fruit 3 mm, narrowly ovoid, greenish- black when ripe, covered with short, hooked bristles (rarely smooth) and with a short, erect, glabrous beak.
To A. tenerrimus μοιάζει με το A. caucalis, but generally smaller, weakstemmed; ultimate segments of lower leaves broad and rounded; marginal petals c. 2 mm, twice as long as the inner; pedicels distinctly thickened in fruit (but rays remaining slender); fruit straw-coloured to brownish when ripe.
